Subscriptions

The New Century Chamber Orchestra offers a 4-concert subscription series in Berkeley, Palo Alto, San Francisco, and San Rafael. Patrons who purchase this option receive the following benefits:

We recommend this option for patrons who plan to attend every concert and prefer to sit in the same place each time. Subscribers are guaranteed priority and excellent seats. Flexpass

The Flexpass option allows patrons to choose their own subscription package. We reserve a portion of the house for our flexpass holders, who may show up on the night of the concert, but we especially love when they reserve at least a day in advance. This allows us to reserve preferred seats ahead of time. Benefits include:

Single Tickets

Single tickets are available for purchase through City Box Office by phone at 415.392.4400 or by web at www.cityboxoffice.com. You may also purchase tickets at the door on the evening of the concert. The seating chart at City Box Office's website allows you to select the seats of your choice. Tickets will be mailed to you, unless you order within a week of the performance, in which case they will be held at will-call.

Please arrive early if you need to purchase tickets on the evening of the performance. Will-call opens 45 minutes before each concert.

Open rehearsal tickets are only sold on an individual basis, and are $8 general admission.

Discounted Tickets

The New Century Chamber Orchestra offers a flat $15 price on tickets for patrons 35 and under. Click here for full details. There is no senior citizen discount.

Ticket Exchanges

Purchased tickets may be exchanged up to 30 minutes before a performance in person, or noon noon the day of the earlier performance by phone/fax exchange. Subscribers may exchange tickets for free. All other patrons will be assessed a $1.50 service charge per ticket exchanged.

To exchange tickets, please call 415.357.1111, ext. 4, fax a copy of the tickets with your name and the new performance date to 415.357.1101, or return the tickets in person at the ticket window. Please note that tickets must be exchanged before the original performance.

Will-Call and Lost Tickets

If you need to pick up tickets at will-call, it will open 45 minutes prior to the performance. Please arrive early to avoid long lines. Will-call and ticket sales are handled in one line at Berkeley, Palo Alto and San Rafael.

If you have lost tickets, the box office keeps track of each ticket sold. You may call ahead to have tickets re-printed, or we can write a seating check on the evening of the performance, which works just like a ticket.
